How do I get my reading?

For free tier, your reading displays immediately on screen. For paid readings ($0.99-$1.99), you'll receive an email with a permanent link within minutes of payment.

I didn't receive my email

Check your spam folder first. If still not there, email us with your transaction ID from Stripe and we'll resend immediately.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the instant digital nature of our readings, all sales are final once generated. However, if you experience technical issues preventing delivery, we'll either fix it or refund you. See our Terms of Service for details.

Is my data safe?

Yes! We use session-based storage by default (your data is automatically deleted after 24 hours). Premium readings are saved only if you choose. We never sell your information. Read our Privacy Policy.

How accurate are your calculations?

We use Swiss Ephemeris, the same astronomical data NASA uses. Accuracy depends on you providing correct birth time and location. Even 1-2 minutes difference can affect your rising sign.

Can I share my reading?

Yes! You can print, save, and share your personal reading link with friends and family. Just don't resell or republish it commercially.
