Do I need to create an account?

No! You can use our free tier without any account. For premium readings, we only need your email address to deliver your reading.

What information do I need to provide?

For accurate readings, you need:

• Birth Date: Month, day, year
• Birth Time: As exact as possible (check birth certificate)
• Birth Location: City and country
• Name: For personalization
• Email: Only for premium readings

Can I get a reading for someone else?

Yes! You can enter anyone's birth information (with their permission) and purchase a reading for them. Just provide their email address at checkout and they'll receive the reading directly.

Can I get multiple readings for myself?

Absolutely! You can generate as many readings as you want. Some people like to:

Because wisdom shouldn't be gatekept by price. Most apps charge $15/month—$180/year. That's a week's wages in many countries. We charge under $2 because everyone deserves access to comprehensive cosmic wisdom—whether you're in New York or Lagos, Tokyo or São Paulo. Stars have no race. Math has no culture. We're sustainable at these prices because we're bootstrapped and efficient.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe:

We do NOT store your credit card information—Stripe handles all payment security.

Is payment secure?

Yes! All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never see or store your credit card details.

Are there any additional charges or taxes?

Sales tax may apply based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. No other fees are added.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final once your reading is generated and delivered, as it's an instant digital product.

Exception: If you experience technical issues preventing delivery (email didn't arrive, link doesn't work, etc.), contact us immediately at ifeanyic@astrobility.com and we'll either fix it or refund you.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Our prices are already extremely affordable ($0.99-$1.99). We occasionally run promotions—sign up for our email list to be notified.

How accurate are your calculations?

We use Swiss Ephemeris, the same astronomical data NASA uses for planetary positions. This is the gold standard in astrology software.

Our calculations are accurate to within 1 arc-second (1/3600th of a degree).

Professional-grade precision at under-$2 pricing. We don't approximate. We don't use sun sign tables. We calculate your exact chart for your exact birth moment and location. Then AI synthesizes traditional interpretations across four systems—not to replace human wisdom, but to make comprehensive integration accessible instantly instead of requiring four separate $100 consultations.

Why is birth time so important?

Your Rising Sign (Ascendant) changes approximately every 2 hours. Even a difference of 10-15 minutes can affect:

• Your Rising Sign
• Your house placements (where planets sit in your chart)
• Moon sign (in some cases)
• Vedic dasha periods

Check your birth certificate or hospital records for the most accurate time.

What if I don't know my exact birth time?

You can still get a reading, but it will be less accurate. We recommend:

• Ask your parents or family members
• Check your birth certificate
• Contact the hospital where you were born

If you absolutely can't find it, enter 12:00 PM and note in your mind that Rising Sign and house placements may be inaccurate.

Do you use tropical or sidereal zodiac?

We use BOTH!

• Western astrology: Tropical zodiac (seasons-based)
• Vedic astrology: Sidereal zodiac (constellation-based)

This is why you might see different signs for the same planets in Western vs Vedic sections. Both are correct—they measure different things.

How does AI synthesis work?

After we calculate your chart using Swiss Ephemeris, we use Google AI to:

• Interpret traditional astrological meanings
• Synthesize patterns across all four systems
• Generate personalized, coherent narratives

The AI doesn't make up your chart—it interprets the mathematical calculations using traditional astrological principles.

Are astrology readings scientifically proven?

No. Astrology is not a science. Our readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

They should NOT be used as:

• Medical, legal, or financial advice
• A substitute for professional counseling
• Predictions of specific future events
• A basis for major life decisions

However, many people find astrology useful for self-reflection and understanding relationship dynamics.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes! We take privacy seriously:

• Session-based by default: Free tier data is automatically deleted after 24 hours
• Optional storage: Premium readings are saved only if you choose
• No selling data: We NEVER sell your information to third parties
• SSL encryption: All data transmission is encrypted
• Secure servers: Data stored on monitored, secure servers

What data do you store?

Free Tier: Session data only (auto-deleted after 24 hours)

Premium Tier:

• Birth data (name, date, time, location)
• Email address
• Generated reading content
• Transaction confirmation (from Stripe)

We do NOT store credit card information—Stripe handles that.

Can I delete my data?

Yes! Contact us at ifeanyic@astrobility.com and we'll delete:

• Your saved profile
• Your email from our mailing list
• Your reading history

(We must keep transaction records for tax/accounting purposes, but these contain minimal personal data.)

Do you share my information with third parties?

We do NOT sell your data.

We only share limited information with essential service providers:

• Stripe: Payment processing (transaction info only)
• EmailOctopus: Email delivery service
• Google AI: Content synthesis (birth data only, no personally identifiable info)

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Can other people see my reading?

No, unless you share your unique reading link. Each premium reading gets a unique, unguessable URL that only you know.

Your reading is NOT searchable or discoverable by others.

I didn't receive my reading email. What should I do?

Step 1: Check your spam/junk folder

Step 2: Wait 10-15 minutes (emails can be delayed)

Step 3: Check your Stripe receipt email—it contains a backup link

Step 4: If still not there, email us at ifeanyic@astrobility.com with your transaction ID and we'll resend immediately

My reading link doesn't work. Help!

This usually means:

• The link was copied incorrectly (make sure you got the entire URL)
• Your reading expired (free tier only—purchase premium for permanent access)
• Temporary server issue

Email us your transaction ID and we'll send you a new link or regenerate your reading.

The website isn't working. What's wrong?

Try these first:

• Clear your browser cache and cookies
• Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
• Check if JavaScript is enabled
• Disable browser extensions (ad blockers can interfere)
• Try on a different device

If none of these work, email us with details about:

• Your browser and version
• Your device (phone, tablet, computer)
• What error message you see (screenshot helps!)

Can I use Astrobility on my phone?

Yes! Our website is fully mobile-responsive and works on all devices:

How do I print my reading?

Desktop: File → Print or Ctrl+P (Cmd+P on Mac)
