1.2 How We Handle Your Birth Data

Free Tier (Session-Based):

• Your birth data is processed in real-time to generate your reading
• Data is stored temporarily in your browser session only
• When you close your browser or leave the site, this data is automatically deleted
• We do NOT save your birth information to our servers

Premium Tier (Optional Permanent Access):

• If you purchase a reading ($0.99-$1.99), we create a permanent URL for your report
• Your birth data and reading are stored on our servers so you can access them anytime
• You can request deletion at any time by contacting us

1.3 Payment Information

We use Stripe to process payments. We never see or store your credit card details. Stripe collects:

• Credit/debit card information
• Billing address
• Transaction details

1.4 Automatically Collected Information

Like most websites, we collect basic technical information:

• Server Logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps
• Purpose: Security, troubleshooting, understanding which features are used

4.1 Service Providers

We share limited data with essential service providers:

• Stripe: Payment processing (required for purchases)
• PythonAnywhere: Hosting our calculation engine (birth data processed here)
• Google AI: Generating integrated synthesis text (no personally identifiable information sent)
• Email Service: Delivering your purchased readings (email address only)

All service providers are bound by contracts to protect your data and use it only for specified purposes.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, such as:

• In response to valid legal process (subpoena, court order)
• To protect our rights, property, or safety
• To prevent fraud or abuse

4.3 Business Transfers

If Astrobility is acquired or merged with another company, your data may be transferred. You'll be notified of any such change.

We rarely send emails (only purchased readings and critical service updates). If we add marketing emails in the future, every email will include an unsubscribe link.

Astrobility is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you're a parent and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us at privacy@astrobility.com and we'll delete it immediately.

8. International Users

Astrobility operates globally. Your data may be processed in:

• Your country (for payment processing via Stripe)
