Our Philosophy

Astrobility is built on privacy-first, stateless architecture. We believe you should access cosmic intelligence without surrendering your personal data. This policy reflects that commitment.

Data We Do NOT Collect

Birth data is not stored. When you generate a reading, your birth date, time, and location are sent to our calculation engine, processed, and returned to your browser. This data exists only in your browser's session storage and is never written to any database. When you close the tab, it's gone.

No user accounts. Free products require no account creation. Subscription management is handled entirely through Stripe — we do not maintain user account databases.

Data We Do Collect

Purchase data via Stripe: If you purchase access, Stripe processes your payment and stores your payment method and email. This data is held by Stripe under their privacy policy, not in Astrobility databases.

Email addresses (optional): If you opt into email communications, we store your email address through EmailOctopus for newsletter delivery. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Standard analytics: We use standard web analytics to understand traffic patterns. No personally identifiable birth data is included in analytics.

Third-Party Services

Stripe — Payment processing. Their privacy policy governs payment data.

Google AI (Gemini) — Content synthesis. Birth chart data is sent for reading generation but is not stored by the API beyond the request lifecycle.

EmailOctopus — Email delivery for opted-in subscribers only.

PythonAnywhere — Backend hosting. Standard server logs only.

Your Rights

Since we don't store birth data, there's nothing to delete. For email unsubscription, click the unsubscribe link in any email. For Stripe purchase data, contact us at contact@astrobility.com.
