These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Astrobility.com (the "Service"), operated by Astrobility LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using Astrobility, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Astrobility provides integrated astrological readings that synthesize four ancient wisdom systems:

• Western Tropical Astrology
• Vedic Sidereal Jyotish
• Chinese BaZi (Four Pillars)
• Pythagorean Numerology

We offer:

• Free Tier: Basic birth chart information and limited analysis (session-based, not saved)
• Personal Insights: $0.99 for comprehensive integrated personal reading
• Relationship Analysis: $0.99 for two-person compatibility analysis
• Complete Cosmic Report: $1.99 for both personal and relationship readings combined

3. User Accounts and Access

3.1 No Account Required

You do not need to create an account to use Astrobility. For premium readings, we only require your email address to deliver your report.

3.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Astrobility. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate birth information (date, time, location) to ensure the quality of your reading. Incorrect information will result in inaccurate readings, for which we are not responsible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices are clearly displayed on our website:

• Personal Insights: $0.99 USD
• Relationship Analysis: $0.99 USD
• Complete Cosmic Report: $1.99 USD

Prices are subject to change with notice. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We never see or store your card information.

4.3 Taxes

Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes required in your jurisdiction.

4.4 One-Time Purchase

All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Digital Products - No Refunds

Due to the instant, digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for readings that have been successfully generated and delivered.

When you purchase a reading, you receive immediate access to a comprehensive digital report. Once delivered, the product cannot be "returned."

5.2 Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents generation or delivery of your reading (such as payment processed but no reading generated, email not delivered, broken link, etc.), we will:

• Fix the issue and deliver your reading, OR
• Issue a full refund

Contact us at support@astrobility.com within 7 days of purchase for technical issue refunds.

5.3 Not Grounds for Refund

The following are not valid reasons for a refund:

• You disagree with the content of your reading
• You don't like your reading results
• You entered incorrect birth information
• You changed your mind after receiving the reading
• You don't believe in astrology

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on Astrobility—including text, graphics, logos, design, software, and methodology—is owned by Astrobility LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6.2 Your Reading

When you purchase a reading, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to:

• View and download your reading
• Print your reading for personal use
• Share excerpts on social media with attribution

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute your reading
• Use your reading for commercial purposes
• Reverse-engineer our methodology or software
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, breach security, or access unauthorized areas
• Abuse, harass, or threaten our staff or other users
• Submit false or fraudulent payment information
• Use automated bots or scrapers to generate mass readings
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation may result in termination of access and legal action if necessary.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

8.1 Astrological Readings Are Not Guarantees

Astrological readings are interpretive in nature. They represent possibilities, patterns, and tendencies—not certainties or predictions of future events.

Readings should be used for:

• Self-reflection and personal growth
• Understanding relationship dynamics
• Exploring different perspectives

Readings should NOT be used as:

• Financial, legal, or medical advice
• Sole basis for major life decisions
• Predictions of specific future events
• Guarantees of relationship outcomes

Astrobility does not provide professional advice. For specific concerns, consult qualified professionals:

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astrobility LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Third-Party Services

Astrobility uses third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing
• Swiss Ephemeris: Astronomical calculations
• Google AI: Text synthesis

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions or policies.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time
• Change pricing with reasonable notice
• Update features or functionality

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service or staff

Termination does not entitle you to a refund for readings already delivered.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@astrobility.com to attempt informal resolution.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, rather than in court, except you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do:

• We'll update the "Last Updated" date
• We'll post the new Terms on this page
• For significant changes, we'll notify you via email (if we have your email)

Continued use of Astrobility after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Astrobility LLC regarding the Service.
